Principal, ECP Capital Group

Co-founder of REPS & Company, a growing tech company in the Live Ticketing Industry, Erik is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor. He made his first Real Estate investment in 2016 with a focus on single family properties to rent short-term and has been learning and developing new investment strategies since then.

After exiting his day-to-day role with REPS & Company in 2022, Erik is now giving his full effort and attention towards investing in real estate and building out a team to help support growth for ECP Capital Group.

Ben Eastman

Partner, ECP Capital Group

Ben leads Sponsor and Investor Relations at ECP Capital. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate sales and leadership in the US real estate industry and has built a portfolio of over 40 direct and passive real estate investments.

Ben is an expert in building lasting positive relationships and is passionate about sourcing investment opportunities and providing LPs with guidance and access to strategic passive investments. He grew up in Tasmania, Australia, and now enjoys world travel, fitness, and personal development.
